My Own Health Journey Became My Work

I’ve lived through the overwhelm of gut problems, food intolerance, chronic symptoms, and conflicting wellness advice. As a trained health coach and recipe developer, I now simplify all of that into gut friendly recipes and practical tools for real life healing.
