I recommend the cream of mushroom soup, the Swedish meatballs with non-dairy gravy and the stuffed sweet potatoes (a family favorite). We also love the assortment of dressings and the gluten free sourdough breads. I’m familiar with sourdough baking and the recipes gave me new fresh ideas!

I Struggled Too

Motivated by a lack of satisfying gluten and dairy-free products on the market (loaded with starch and sugar) and personal struggles with food allergies and intolerances, in 2012, I set out on a journey to improve my health. This transformative multi-year journey led to the development of these recipes and becoming a holistic health coach.

I went all-in on whole, clean ingredients and rebuilt every recipe from scratch. As a result my symptoms eased, my energy improved, and the kitchen became my medicine cabinet.
