I really enjoyed this cookbook and I tried several of the recipes already. I recommend the cream of mushroom soup, the Swedish meatballs with non-dairy gravy and the stuffed sweet potatoes (a family favorite). We also love the assortment of dressings and the gluten free sourdough breads. I’m familiar with sourdough baking and the recipes gave me new fresh ideas!

I Struggled Too

Motivated by a lack of satisfying gluten and dairy-free products on the market (loaded with starch and sugar) and personal struggles with food allergies and intolerances, in 2012, I embarked on a journey to improve my diet. This transformative multi-year journey led to the development of these recipes.

I went all-in on whole, clean ingredients and rebuilt every recipe from scratch. As a result my symptoms eased, my energy soared, and the kitchen became my medicine cabinet.

This cookbook is that journey in 284 pages: proof that true healing comes not just from avoiding problem foods, but from filling your plate with real, nutrient-dense ingredients you can make at home.

What’s the difference between the electronic versions you get directly from my website vs Amazon / Apple Books?

First, it’s cheaper to buy here on the website, as there are no fees added.

PDF Book Version

  • The PDF version is available only on my website. It has clickable links throughout the book for ingredients which were used in the recipes (the other versions don’t have ingredient links).

Kindle Book Version

  • For the Kindle e-book the links to ingredients have been removed in compliance with Amazon’s service terms of use. Instead, the e-book has clickable Table Of Contents and Clickable links referring to other recipes in the book, so you could easily jump to the specified recipe without scrolling.
  • The Kindle version (Mobi) and the Apple Book (EPUB) is exactly the same file uploaded on their websites and on my website, but it’s cheaper to buy here, because there are no royalty fees applied.
