What Is Holistic Health Coaching?
Holistic health coaching looks at every aspect of your life—nutrition, daily habits, stress management, sleep quality, emotional well-being, and more. Instead of focusing on quick fixes and narrow views, we’ll look at the “big picture” to find the root causes of your “unease” and make sustainable changes. It’s like having a personal trainer who will guide you to achieve your goals.
My Vision & Approach
I believe that health isn’t just a number on the scale or the absence of illness. It’s about feeling your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you can show up fully in your daily life. Through my background in holistic wellness, I’ve learned that everyone’s journey is different: what works for one person might not work for another. And that everything is interconnected:

- Multidimensional health – assessments covering mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual/energetic aspects of well-being. This multifaceted, whole-person perspective is the foundation of the coaching programs I’m creating—because when we address one area, it has ripple effects on the rest of your well-being.
- Bioindividuality – Tailoring plans to your specific body, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Habit Transformation – Small, manageable steps that lead to lasting change.
- Mindset Shifts – Identifying thought patterns and behaviors what limited beliefs may hold you back, and replacing them with positive, supportive strategies.
- Lifestyle Integration – Lifestyle tips for balancing work, relationships, and personal growth. Incorporating movement, relaxation, and relationship-building into your routine in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

- Detox & Environmental Wellness
- Environmental Wellness: Identifying hidden toxins in your home and environment, plus steps to reduce exposure and support your body’s natural detox pathways.
- Relationships & Social Connection: seeing how relationships, community, and social support contribute to emotional and physical health.
- Finding Purpose & Body-Mind-Spirit Alignment: connecting with deeper meaning and values, integrating somatic practices to release tension, and directing energy (e-motion and attention) to keep all “aspects of you” aligned and reduce unnecessary mental chatter.
Why I’m Not Taking Clients Right Now
I’m currently developing my coaching framework, tools, and resources to ensure that, when I begin working with clients, I can provide top-notch support grounded in this multidimensional approach. By investing time in careful program design, I’ll be able to guide you through lasting transformations that consider all areas of life influencing your mental and physical health.
