My Own Health Journey Became My Work

I’ve lived through the overwhelm of gut and hormonal issues, food intolerances, chemical sensitivities, chronic symptoms, and conflicting wellness advice. As a trained Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and recipe developer, I now simplify all of that into gut friendly recipes and practical tools for real life healing. No complicated protocols that can add to the existing mental and emotional burden.
