I Struggled Too
Motivated by a lack of satisfying gluten and dairy-free products on the market and personal struggles with food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances, in 2012, I embarked on a journey to improve my diet. This transformative adventure led to the development of these recipes and ultimately resulted in the reversal of most of my allergies and the healing of my body through dietary changes.
While I’ve tried numerous elimination diets and acknowledged their short-term benefits, I discovered that the key to maintaining your way of eating under control, is access to (healthier, clean) alternatives whenever you need them. Otherwise, you might quickly resort back to readily available packaged food.
Thus, this gluten free dairy free book includes diverse recipes, from whole thirty and paleo to those involving gluten-free grains, legumes, and dairy-free substitutes.
