Celery and Pineapple Juice Recipe: Nutrient Dense + Detox Properties

To prepare the pineapple, twist off the crown, cut off the outer peel and chop into chunks.
Chop the celery stalks, pineapple, broccoli stalk (trim off any leaves and brown spots), and dandelion greens into manageable pieces.
Add the ingredients to a juicer. I’m using a time saving batch juicer (cold press masticating).Tip: Alternate (mixing softer and firmer) items. This ensures the juice's pulp doesn't become too chunky or overly liquid, preventing blockages or an overly watery texture.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness.
