Tips To Make Sugar Free Tropical Popsicles / Ice Pops
Use the ripest, sweetest fruits. The riper the fruit the sweeter the popsicles will be.
Fresh fruit works best because it doesn’t require any liquid to be added. But the addition of coconut cream will make the mixture more pourable.
If using frozen fruit, the texture will be creamier and will stay creamier as the solid crystals of ice are already formed, plus will need less freezing time.
There are nearly endless ideas of combining the fruits. Feel free to combine your favorite fruits.
