Ingredients
4-5celery stalks
1.5cupfresh pineapple chunks
1handful of dandelion greensabout 8-9 leaves
1broccoli stalk
Instructions
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
To prepare the pineapple, twist off the crown, cut off the outer peel and chop into chunks.
Chop the celery stalks, pineapple, broccoli stalk (trim off any leaves and brown spots), and dandelion greens into manageable pieces.
Add the ingredients to a juicer. I’m using a cheap juicer, but still good quality and it does the job efficiently.Tip: Change up the order of ingredients based on their consistency (mixing softer and firmer items). This ensures the juice's pulp doesn't become too chunky or overly liquid, preventing blockages or an overly watery texture
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness.
