Instructions
Prepare The Ingredients
For easy-to-scoop ice cream, remove from the freezer 10 minutes before using and make sure frozen pineapple in your freezer (it will yield a creamier texture). For a thicker shake use frozen bananas as well. And don’t forget to chill your glasses. This will ensure the milkshake stays cold as long as possible.
Add Ingredients
Layer the ingredients in a blender - from softest to firmest for easy blending. (If you want a very smooth color without white solid particles from coconut cream, then blend the coconut cream first then add the rest of ingredients).
Blend The Milkshake
Start on the lowest speed and work your way up to medium speed, blend until the milkshake is smooth. Pulse a few times as needed to keep things moving.
Taste And Adjust
Adjust ingredients as needed, adding more liquid, pineapple (chunks or juice) for more pineapple flavor, or ice cream for creaminess.
When Making Pineapple Milkshake Without Ice Cream
Blend the coconut cream first (to smooth out any solid parts), then add the rest of cold ingredients, blend until smooth (starting from low to high speed) for about 30 seconds.
Serve The Milkshake
If desired, top with some toasted coconut chips. Divide the milkshake between the glasses. Garnish with preferred toppings and serve immediately with straws, a fresh pineapple wedge or a Pineapple Cocktail Umbrella.

Tips And Suggestions For A Perfect Pineapple Milk Shake
Other Fruits Go Well In A Pineapple Milkshake: mango, star fruit, guava, papaya, banana.
The Best Ice Cream: Use regular vanilla ice cream or a dairy free version. I used non-dairy coconut ice cream (vanilla flavor with no added sugar), cashew based ice cream also works beautifully due to it’s creaminess, or you can use regular ice cream (if you don’t have problems with dairy).
No ice cream milkshake: as ice cream substitute use frozen pineapple juice and for creaminess increase the quantity of coconut cream. Basically be transform into a coconut pineapple smoothie.
The coconut cream: (use the solid part from a coconut milk can without the water) I used it to cut a bit the quantity of added ice cream.
